Three ways to work together

Pipeline Audit

$2,500 fixed
10 business days

A diagnosis of where your pipeline leaks and a prioritized 90-day plan to fix it.

  • ICP definition: who buys, who does not, and the signals that separate them
  • Messaging review: what you say versus what your best customers respond to
  • Funnel and channel diagnosis: where deals stall, which channels deserve budget
  • 90-day roadmap with priorities, owners and tooling
  • 90-minute walkthrough call with your team

Report in your hands by day 10. Continue to the Sprint within 14 days and the full audit fee is credited.

Pipeline Audit in detail

Ten days, one diagnosis

What you get

  1. ICP definition: who buys, who does not, and the signals that separate them
  2. Messaging review: what you say on your site, decks and outreach versus what your best customers actually respond to
  3. Funnel and channel diagnosis: conversion at each stage, where deals stall, and which inbound and outbound channels deserve budget
  4. 90-day roadmap: prioritized actions with owners, tooling recommendations and expected effort
  5. Walkthrough: a 90-minute call to go through the findings with your team

What I need from you

  1. Access: CRM read access, website and outreach copy, 3 to 5 recent sales call recordings if available
  2. Time: one 60-minute kickoff call, plus the 90-minute walkthrough at the end; roughly 3 hours in total
  3. Data room: a shared folder link on day one

Process

  1. Day 1: kickoff call and data access
  2. Days 2 to 8: deep dive; I work independently, you get one written check-in mid-week
  3. Day 9: report delivered as a document you keep
  4. Day 10: 90-minute walkthrough call with your team
Outbound Engine Sprint in detail

Thirty days to a running engine

What you get

  1. Sending infrastructure: secondary domains, mailboxes, warmup. Your main domain stays clean
  2. Data engine: verified target lists built in Clay, workflows documented so your team can rebuild them
  3. Claude Skills for messaging: emails that read like your best rep, not a template
  4. LinkedIn outreach: connection and message sequences running alongside email
  5. First campaign live in Instantly: you approve every lead before anyone is contacted
  6. Handover package: full documentation plus a training session for your team

What I need from you

  1. Approvals: sign-off on ICP, messaging and every lead list; if you do not know your ICP yet, we define it together
  2. Access: domain registrar for setup, or I set up fresh domains and transfer them to you
  3. Time: about 4 hours of your time across the 30 days

Process

  1. Week 1: infrastructure live, warmup started
  2. Week 2: lists built, email and LinkedIn sequences drafted and reviewed with you
  3. Week 3: personalization tuned, test sends, spam checks passed
  4. Week 4: campaign live, system handed over

Did the Pipeline Audit first? Week 2 is already done, and your audit fee is credited against the sprint. After the sprint, your team runs the engine; the documentation is written so you never need me. Want it run for you? Pipeline Operations covers lists, optimization and monthly reporting, from $3,000 per month.

Fit check

Built for a specific kind of company

This works if

  • You are a B2B company between seed and Series B
  • A customer is worth at least $10K over their lifetime, through deal size or recurring revenue
  • Founder-led sales is working but hitting its ceiling
  • You want to own your pipeline system, not rent an agency's

Wrong fit if

  • You sell a one-time, low-ticket product with no expansion revenue
  • You have not found product-market fit yet; outbound amplifies what you have, it cannot create it
  • You want guaranteed meetings by next week

If the math does not work for you, I will tell you on the first call.

Process

How it works

01 / intro

Intro call

30 minutes. We check fit, in both directions.

02 / audit

Pipeline Audit

10 business days. I go through your funnel, data, messaging and tools; you get the report and roadmap on a walkthrough call.

03 / sprint

Outbound Engine Sprint

30 days. Infrastructure, data, messaging, first campaign live. You approve every lead list before a single email goes out.

04 / run

Handover or operations

Your team runs it with my documentation, or I keep running it month to month.

Frequently Asked Questions

Tool costs are separate: roughly $300 to $800 per month for Clay, Instantly, mailboxes and a LinkedIn outreach tool, depending on volume. Paid by you, owned by you.

A meeting booked on your calendar, with a prospect who matches your approved ICP, who actually shows up. All three have to be true. No-shows and off-ICP attendees do not count.

I guarantee the outreach; that is what I control. Meetings depend on your offer, your positioning and your product-market fit, which no vendor controls. Be careful with anyone who guarantees them.

That is what the audit is for. Defining who to target is the first deliverable; building an engine before that is answered burns money.

The setup follows B2B outreach requirements for the regions you target, including lawful basis documentation and opt-out handling. Compliance requirements are reviewed during the audit.

You do. Everything is built in your accounts with full documentation. Nothing is held hostage on my side.

Agencies rent you their system for $5,000 to $15,000 a month; when you stop paying, everything stops. I build the system in your accounts for a fixed price, and you own it. They sell volume; I work with approved, targeted lists. When our contract ends, your engine keeps running.
